Introduction
The Evangelical Church (“DECC”) is a multi-use facility. Each congregation has unique audio / visual needs for their congregational worship and meetings. Thus, it is vital that users be considerate of others when using the shared audio and visual equipment in Maranatha, Emmanuel, and Salaam halls. Making unauthorized and undocumented changes to the system hinders other congregations in their worship meetings.
This document describes the standard configuration that users should find each time they enter the worship hall. This is also the configuration in which users should leave the equipment when they exit the worship hall. Congregations who fail to keep these standards for the next congregation will receive a warning from the DECC office. After two warnings within a year, a written warning will be given and a meeting scheduled with leaders from your church. If the problem continues, a church’s future bookings may be immediately canceled.
If after reviewing these standards you believe your church has unique sound requirements not covered in this guide, please reach out to the DECC Administrator to discuss your needs and requests.
If you find that the hall is not configured according to the descriptions below, please contact a housekeeper to report the issue. Churches are encouraged to report all issues via support.decc.me within two days of discovery so that the support team can track and address all issues.
